First, I would explain, I'm not all believers of fad diets or strictly limit calories to lose weight quickly. I decided to publish a long-term way to lose weight. I am a firm believer in fitness and healthy eating lifestyle. I do not want to lose 8 pounds in four weeks (but safe), but it will not hurt to 4 pounds! I would not have to fight for it, if not reach my goal. Because ... while my own satisfaction, then who cares? But in any case, I'm a girl and the beach, so I'm afraid that here goes:

1. Exercise 6 days a week (maybe if I can handle it). The basics of weight loss is a calorie indisputable. You inescapable. So, at least, my goal is to exercise at least 45 minutes to an hour a day, at least kept in check.

2. Interval training. This is the way of recent weight loss, aerobic exercise. Running, for me, is the best aerobic exercise. I always get great results, I really consistent efforts put into operation. Now, I want to try interval training. I like to do, start with a 5 minute walk on a treadmill, five minutes of moderate trot, and then began alternating between moderate running for two minutes and 60 seconds sprint. So next week, I'll make a similar sprint, 90 seconds and 60 seconds of moderate trot. This article seems very useful:
3. Limit sugar and processed foods. I do it once (one week), ONCE, I not only looks amazing, but my skin looks terrible. This is an amazing thing, but worth it. This is a process, better not do all of sudden slow. Short term, however, "need", I would eliminate all! Thinking about it, not flavored cream in my coffee, will be the hardest thing. I can still drink coffee?

4. The diet Add more what is metabolic  burner. For example, green tea. I do not know how real these claims, but if all natural food sources, and that's what hurts? Here is a list I found to help fat burning foods: List LIVESTRONG. If you know of any other people, are not mentioned, please share!

Well, this is a rough estimate of the plan, but I can not imagine if I do not help most importantly ... stick with it. Hopefully this will help me and any of you need a short-term plan, to begin or resume the path. Either way, summer is, in its way, it's time to have fun! Therefore, we should not take too seriously, so weight loss sabotage our summer fun. Personally, I like the summer, I can not wait until you are here!
